* The early registration fee is only when the payment is made before the early registration deadline.

Expenses related to flights, accommodation, airport transfers, dinners etc. are at the participants‘ own expense. Please note that no other websites, companies, or agencies are authorised by EPOS to sell or arrange travel services, offer hotel bookings, or contact you directly regarding these services.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 4 weeks prior to the starting date: An administrative fee of 100 EUR will be charged.
  • Less than 1 month prior the starting date: 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.
  • 2 weeks prior the starting date: 100% of the paid registration fee will be charged and no reimbursements will be made.
